Week 73 This week we get another set of brass bulkheads
The bits we received

And what we did with them
This is actually easier than it looked. (Well, I thought it looked difficult !) The larger bulkhead was rolled into the right curve in the usual manner.

Then it was glued and clamped in place. As usual I used Araldite Precision.

The next task was to add the various doors and vent covers to both the above bulkhead already glued in place, and also the straight bulkhead still to be glued. Once this was done the straight bulkhead was glued in place. Then the short forward bulkhead was glued in place. I used 90 second Araldite for this as it needed to be held in place by hand while the glue cured.
Finally, I added all the weather protection screens. The (rather poor) photo below shows the finished section.

There is still one part to be glued on, but as this is a very delicate part it will wait until this assembly is otherwise complete.
