Week 24 This week we get a stand

And what we did with them
The stand needs modifying slightly. The centre section needs to be made narrower, otherwise it will get in the way of the bilge keel (the 'fins' that run down the side of the hull). Here's where I cut the ends off.
Gluing the frame together is straight forward. Just make sure it's square. I also rounded off all the corners that might make dents in the hull.
I might line the frame with some soft material once the second planking is completed, just to make sure it doesn't mark the hull.

Hot tip of the week
Keep your workspace clear to avoid damaging the hull once it's nicely sanded. There is nothing more annoying that finding a dent in an otherwise perfectly finished hull
